Justin Twine is hitting .246 with a home run and 21 RBI playing in 52 games for the Jumbo Shrimp this season. Twine enjoyed a standout month of April with Jacksonville, hitting .299 with 11 RBI during the season’s first month.

Twine, 23, is a native of Falls City, Texas, and was selected by the Marlins in the second round of the 2014 draft out of Falls City High School. This is the first All-Star honor of Twine’s career.

Right-handed pitcher Robert Dugger is 6-5 with a 3.29 ERA in 12 starts for the Jumbo Shrimp in 2019. Dugger is third in the Southern League with 68 strikeouts, is tied for second in the league with six wins, and is second in the league with 65 and two-third innings pitched.

Dugger, 23, is a native of Tomball, Texas, and was acquired by the Marlins in the Dee Gordon trade in December 2017. Dugger is regarded by MLB Pipleine as the Marlins No. 22 prospect.

This is the third straight season that Dugger has earned All-Star honors, after being a 2017 Midwest League Midseason All-Star with the Single-A Clinton Lumberkings and a 2018 Florida State League Midseason All-Star with the High-A Jupiter Hammerheads.

Right-handed pitcher Cody Poteet is 3-3 with a 2.67 ERA in his 10 starts for the Jumbo Shrimp in 2019.
